Cette initiative novatrice vise \u00e0 explorer les conditions optimales de croissance, les techniques de culture efficaces et les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situ\u00e9e dans la province de l&rsquo;Ituri au Nord-est de la ville de Bunia en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, la r\u00e9gion de Mahagi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un climat propice \u00e0 la culture de fruits tropicaux, offrant un environnement id\u00e9al pour l&rsquo;expansion de la culture de la past\u00e8que.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation comprend plusieurs volets, notamment l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des besoins en eau, l&rsquo;analyse des sols, le choix des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s les mieux adapt\u00e9es aux conditions locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/unilac-mahagi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot_20240217-111603.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2079\" style=\"width:441px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unilac-mahagi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot_20240217-111603.jpg 720w, https:\/\/unilac-mahagi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot_20240217-111603-300x222.jpg 300w, https:\/\/unilac-mahagi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot_20240217-111603-600x444.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab Dans  notre cas, nous avons opt\u00e9 pour la p\u00e9riode s\u00e8che de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, donc, fin du mois d&rsquo;octobre au d\u00e9but du mois de f\u00e9vrier. Jacques Ukumu, n&rsquo;a pas voil\u00e9 les mots pour pr\u00e9ciser que \u00ab<em> la past\u00e8que est un fruit rafra\u00eechissant et hydratant, principalement consomm\u00e9 cru. Elle est riche en eau, en vitamines (notamment la vitamine C).  Elle aide \u00e0 hydrater le corps, \u00e0 maintenir une bonne sant\u00e9 de la peau, \u00e0 r\u00e9guler la pression art\u00e9rielle et \u00e0 soutenir la digestion en raison de sa teneur en fibre<\/em>. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 du Lac Albert de Mahagi reste d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 poursuivre ses recherches et \u00e0 partager les r\u00e9sultats de cette exp\u00e9rimentation avec la communaut\u00e9 agricole locale et internationale.
